All orders are processed within 2–20 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may also be affected by production lead times, as each bed is carefully prepared using premium materials.
During high-demand periods (such as sales or product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Once your order has completed the order processing stage and is ready for dispatch, estimated delivery time within Australia is 2–7 business days.

We currently ship within Australia only.

Shipping Fees

Free shipping on all orders across Australia.
No additional shipping fees apply at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (such as customs processing or carrier delays).
Paw House is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
